I got a late start this morning....

16 ounces of water down
Morning vitamins down
Turkey sandwhich on 100% whole wheat sandwhich thin
Sipping on protein coffee

Working on upper body at the gym and 45 min of cardio.

Just signed up for Washington Sports Club 30 days for $30. Getting these 10 lbs off by mid August for a trip to Vegas

well i'm sore from that Zumba class yesterday.  guess that means it works!  i'll be doing it again today along with some swimming later on.  have a great day everyone!

Hey Cookie

Even away from home i'm holding it down. I have not missed working out once and I am very proud of myself. Yes I am eating M&M's, it is required by law that I do, they are so toasty and cooked dark like I love them.

I will continue to workout and eat well while I am here, but I am not giving up the snacks, it is vacation after all. LOL.

It's 9:30 here in AZ right now (as I answer this post) and I just got back from an azz kickin' session at the gym and now sipping protein coffee.  Got my vit's in already.  Heading to the gym later for laps.  

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

Ok Mz Cookie I am finally on board and I will start posting my accomplishments (exercise, water, vitamins, sleep)  I'm excited to see what's going to happen!

I have been going to two classes a day all week, trying to keep the metabolism going. Eating has been on point all week. I'll get to my weight goal one day.

Hi Cookie--

My eating was on point today.  My fluids were a little low, but I didn't do much caffeine.  I had 2 protein shakes.

Exercise???????  I was really slack.  It is hot and I am too lazy to go back out to the gym after work.  I'm going to try to swim some laps tomorrow.
